We reserve the right to refuse service, edit or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are final and subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations.
Full payment must be completed online before an order is processed and dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after a dispatch time of 1–2 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier partners or extreme weather.

4. Mandatory Video & Exchange Policy
Unboxing Video: 
A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and label is strictly required to claim any transit damage or missing items.
Same-Day Exchange Only: Complaints regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp.

No Refunds: We strictly follow a no-refund policy. All confirmed sales are final.

5. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting.

6. Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or purchases made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
